Ananya Madhavan is a certified leadership and organizational development coach with an MBA from the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan and 12 years of diverse experience across corporate settings and startups. She is passionate about guiding leaders and entrepreneurs to achieve their highest potential and specializes in transforming leadership capabilities through personalized coaching and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques.

Having lived in America, Europe, and Asia, she brings a rich global perspective to her coaching practice, along with a nuanced understanding of cultural diversity.
