This workshop for The Mom Store, was to equip first-time managers with core skills in management, hiring, and workplace professionalism, giving them confidence to lead small teams effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. The Mom Store is a D2C mother and baby care brand, based out of Bangalore, India.

Outcomes

  • Developed Core Management Skills: Equipped new managers with core management skills in communication, professionalism, and feedback to help them lead with confidence and clarity.

  • Learn Effective Hiring Techniques: Made them understand what to look for when hiring in a startup environment, focusing on both technical skills and cultural fit.
